This blog reflects my thoughts and attempts to incorporate adventure into my life while raising four kids with my wife. It is not a how to manual. I am a (relatively) normal early-40s guy with a job, mortgage, and responsibilities who is not always as intentional about life as I hope to be.
“Vamonos” – let’s go – is a great word. It’s the antidote to the paralysis of indecision, uncertainty, and fearfulness that keeps us in unhappy situations. One of my favorite quotes of all time, is by General George Patton: “A good plan, violently executed now, is better than a perfect plan next week.” When in doubt, do something. Get moving.
